About me:

Mr. Enverga is a consultant and a highly respected engineer. He is a member of Intota consultant network, Expert 724170 - HVACR & Steam Turbine Operations and a member of The Network of ExpertsSM. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and a Licensed Stationary Engineer in the City of Chicago, and he works as an Assistant Chief Operating Engineer for the City of Chicago.

Expertise Summary:

  • British thermal unit expert – He has been always associated with the British Thermal Unit, which is defined as the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit, because of his involvement in steam generation, heating, refrigeration and air conditioning, steam turbine, and water pumping systems throughout his career that has spanned over three decades.
  • Energy expert – Likewise, he has been always associated with the energy, which is the capacity to do work, having involved in energy conversion from one form into another throughout his career that has spanned over three decades.
  • Climate control expert – He has an extraordinary experience in climate control, which is defined as artificially altering or controlling the temperature and humidity of a conditioned space through heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, having worked in Saudi Arabia before.
  • Cost-benefit analysis expert - He has a significant experience in cost-benefit analysis, which is a technique used to compare the various costs associated with an investment with the benefits that it proposes to return, having involved in plant expansion projects before.
  • Decision-making expert - He has an extensive experience in decision-making, which is the process taken by an individual to identify and select a course of action from among multiple alternative courses of action, having been a long time supervisor.
  • Economic analysis expert – He has a significant experience in economic analysis, which is an approach taken by the manager to improve his decision making ability in evaluating the most economically efficient or cost-effective choice of project, having involved in plant expansion projects before.
  • Engineering economics expert - Likewise, he has a significant experience in engineering economics, which is the application of economic principles to engineering problems analogous with economic analysis, having involved in plant expansion projects before.
  • Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning expert – He has an extraordinary experience in the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, which artificially alter or control the temperature and humidity of a conditioned space, having worked in Saudi Arabia before.
  • HVAC systems design expert – He has an extraordinary experience in estimating the cooling/heating load of a conditioned space, specifying, and selection of the equipment involved to artificially alter or control the temperature and humidity of that particular space, having worked in Saudi Arabia before.
  • Psychromery expert – He has a significant experience in psychrometry, which deals with the properties of air-water vapor mixtures in the atmosphere and its principles, having worked in HVAC equipment design in Saudi Arabia.
  • Refrigerant recycling expert – He has the expertise in refrigerant recycling, which is a process of extracting refrigerant from a refrigeration system and cleaning the refrigerant for reuse, from his extensive refrigeration experience, and this expertise is backed up by his EPA Section 608 Universal Type Technician Certification.
  • Water supply expert - He has an extensive experience in water pumping operations, which is one of the processes involved to supply potable water to consumers. Expert's water pumping experience includes operation and maintenance of electric and steam-powered water pumping stations, remotely controlled water pumping operations from the main control center using the SCADA system, and operation and troubleshooting of steam plant and turbine systems.
  • Plenum expert – He has the expertise with the plenum, which is a sealed chamber in an HVAC system located at the inlet or outlet of an air handling unit where conditioned air collects before being distributed or returned through ductwork. He has applied this knowledge to evaluate the effect of blowing snow on the fan intake of the power system.
  • Education expert – He is a former adjunct faculty member for an online HVACR educational institution for quite some time. His innate ability to impart knowledge to others easily coupled with his mechanical engineering and information technology background made him good in the virtual classroom environment.
  • Research expert – His online experience at the University of Phoenix where he got his Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems made him become Internet savvy, especially for research purposes. The whole time he was there, he would always use the Internet and the databases available through their virtual library to do research and write papers. He had online access 24/7 to a librarian, full-text online articles, as well as interlibrary loan and document delivery services and the wealth of information available were enormous and how incredibly easy it was to access and receive them. Researching online is the way to go for writing papers or doing research projects.
  • Mechanical studies/design expert - He has a significant experience in mechanical studies/design of mechanical systems such as sheet metal and angle bar bending machine, chilled water cooling coil, ice crusher, and poultry processing equipment, having involved in plant expansion projects before.
